1. STIR FRY CHICKEN 5 OR 6 MINUTES 2. + GREEN PEPPER &LEEK, STIR FRY 5 MINS 3. + STOCK, ORANGE JUICE, SOY SAUCE & HERBS. BRING TO BOIL 4. + HONEY. SIMMER 15 MINS 5. + CHOPPED ORANGE 6. + CORNFLOUR MIX. STIR 'TIL THICKENS 7. GARNISH WITH TOASTED ALMONDS 8. SERVE WITH LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE (two thirds white rice & one third Jasmine rice)
