This goes well with Pork, Chicken - virtually everything that needs a little spice-up.

Lionel's SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

Makes 1 cup

½ Cup water
1 T pineapple juice
½ T orange juice
2 ¼ T soft brown sugar
2 T vinegar
1 T cornflour
1 T tomato paste or sauce
¾ T soy sauce
½ T dry sherry
¾ T red wine
pinch dry mustard

     COMBINE ALL AND MIX WELL
1.  MICROWAVE HIGH 1 MIN AND STIR
2.  MICROWAVE HIGH 1 MIN AND STIR
3.  MICROWAVE HIGH 1 MIN AND STIR
